It’s hard to believe that we are already almost half way through 2013, and so much has happened within the sector since this time last year. Although change is part of life and in the main undoubtedly a good thing, I’m pleased to note that one thing within our sector has remained consistent:…
Bruce & Co is delighted to announce the sale of Café Trevi, a family-run restaurant in the Bishopbriggs area of Glasgow, which sold after it received three offers from three different parties in the space of a month.
Run by our clients for almost 20 years, Café Trevi is a popular restaurant and delicatessen, which attracts clientele from the area, as well as Glasgow itself and the surrounding areas of Bearsden and Milngavie on the back of a fantastic reputation. The restaurant serves home-cooked Italian meals, with the deli offering various freshly made sandwiches and filled rolls, popular with diners and takeaway customers alike.
Boasting favourable reviews online, it’s easy to see why Café Trevi attracted so many interested parties. The successful applicants were three sisters from Glasgow who plan to run the business together.
Bruce & Co’s Jayne Adamson, who handled the sale, commented: “The sale of Café Trevi offered a true walk in opportunity for potential buyers: a popular, well run family within a popular and affluent suburb of Glasgow.
“Wish with both our clients and the new owners all the very best with wherever this change in lifestyle takes them.”
